Can I pick up my order in store?

You can choose to pick up at our store at 111 Maling Road, Canterbury VIC, just select this option at checkout. We will send you an email advising you when your order is ready for collection.

Orders- take 2-3 Business days to process 
Shipping - Domestic

Standard shipping is a flat $14 fee. 

Heavy or Large goods will be charged at a higher rate of $20-$25

Maling Road Toyshop cannot be responsible for items lost, damaged or undelivered while in transit. If you are worried about this please email us at hello@malingroadtoyshop.com.au before you order, so we can organise insuring your package. Lost or undelivered items will not be replaced or refunded.
What is the returns policy?
FAULTY RETURNS

We will replace or refund any faulty products. Please return to store with valid proof of purchase.

Faulty products can be returned for a full refund or exchange providing the following conditions are met:

  • Please contact us first.
  • The returned product is received by us within 20 days from the date of initial shipment.
  • Products have been unused, unwashed, and are returned in original packaging in original condition.

We are proud to support some up and coming designers which supply us with some very special products. We are located in a kid-friendly location next to the pedestrian crossing at 'Theatre Place', the centre of the Maling Road historical shopping village.
